The Schlager Winery is a traditional family winery in the most beautiful sense of the word. The entire family is concerned about the welfare of the wine. Since 1766, our family has been engaged in winegrowing in the beautiful wine village of Sooß. The thermal region is known for fruity rich wines. The unique climate zones and different soils make the wide range of grape varieties possible. Our red wine sites are planted with the well-known Austrian varieties Zweigelt, St. Laurent, as well as international varieties such as Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The white wines are all fruit-driven developed. Our focus here is on the regionally typical varieties of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Neuburger.
