Frisbee Golf can be played either as individuals or in teams. At the beginning of the disc golf, participants will get a short introduction from explaining the discs to the body posture while throwing and different throwing techniques. Introduction to frisbee golf putting for proper throwing and hitting in this cross golf idea. And you are ready to go!
The goal of Disc Cross Golf is to hit the previously placed Frisbee Golf baskets, called chain baskets, with as few throws as possible. Simultaneously or one after the other, the Frisbees are thrown from a starting point in the direction of the first chain basket. After the first throw, the participant goes to where the Frisbee landed and aims at the basket again. This is repeated until the Frisbee lands in the Frisbee Golf basket.
The number of throws up to the first Frisbee Golf basket are counted and the game continues towards chain basket number 2. The winner at the end of the Disc Golf course is the participant with the fewest total throws.
