Both manual dexterity and creative ideas and, above all, teamwork are required when building a bridge. The participants are divided into groups for this purpose and are allowed to show what they can do when building, coordinating and creating the bridge.

Our Montée Trainer accompanies the extraordinary task of building a rope bridge from project planning to the written project assignment, role and team assignment to practical implementation. In the process, participants learn new things from the areas of knotology, rope techniques, pulley principles and fastening methods. The goal is to find fast, effective solutions within the team, to react flexibly and decisively to changes, and to maintain short lines of communication. It is important to make decisions together and still take personal responsibility. In the end, the participants should have fun together and create something unifying as well as increase cohesion and master new challenges in the team.
